Potter Studio lamp, Cleveland circa 1920’s. The only known Potter Studio lamp to surface, this hammered base is accented with carved Chinese cinnabar at the base and under the top cap. Additionally, the pull chains have been fitted with cinnabar roundels. The hammered copper shade is likely by the Lillian Palmer shop, with the original patina and mica. Some minor loses to cinnabar, small chipping to mica edge, overall excellent condition. Signed POTTER STUDIO with what appears to be an etched 1928 date and artist monogram to base. Rewired in excellent working order. Note the aperture has a screw allowing the height of the shade to be adjusted as desired. Measures 21.5” tall (as adjusted), shade is 15” wide and base is 6” wide. $2,800
