The Jarvie Shop smoking set, Chicago circa 1912. A very rare hammered copper three piece set comprising a large humidor and two smaller cups. The humidor has a wide lid with large rivets around the perimeter, the handle of folded copper loops over to a point, imitating a flower petal. The lid interior has a domed bowl to hold the sponge. All three signed, covered in a fine enhanced caramel patina. This is only the second set of this design we have seen, the other at auction decades ago with a repaired lid handle, this example is fresh from a Kansas estate. Humidor measures 6.5” tall and 8” wide. SOLD
