Henry G. Cleaveland candle lamp with Quezal shade, Montclair, NJ circa 1907. Cleaveland was a prominent member of the Society of Arts & Crafts, Boston and exhibited widely during the period. He first exhibited at the Chicago Institute of Fine Arts in 1907 where we had “candle lamps fitted with Tiffany Studios shades.” This lamp bears his earliest mark and the Quezal shade would be in line with the other shades he used in his work from Tiffany and Bigelow Kennard. Gorgeous original dark patina with red highlights on the stems, signed on bottom. Measures 14” tall (with shade) and 5.75” wide. SOLD
