Charles S. Hall candlesticks, New York dated 1919. A very rare pair of carved oak candlesticks by Roycroft wood carver, Charles S. Hall. Hall was widely regarding as one of the periods finest carvers and came to work at Roycroft in 1928 where he carved chests, screens and frames. One of these sticks is signed and dated on the base. Excellent condition, measure 11.5” tall and 5.5” square at base. $950
