Russian Arts & Crafts serving tray circa 1900. This design appears to have been created in Russian, similar forms were thus made by the Spittle Brothers and then copied in America by Onondaga, Benedict and Stickley. This is the only version of this tray we have encountered with the added floral designs in the corners and signed with the Russian emblem. The form has large swooping handles at each end and the edges are curled inward, a masterclass in metalsmith workmanship. Fine enhanced original patina. Measures 20.5” long, 12” wide and 3.25” tall. $850
