Marion Henderson Wilson (1869-1956) brass jardiniere, Glasgow Scotland circa 1900. A very rare signed hammered brass jardiniere by one of the most important “Glasgow Girls” metalworkers. Wilson trained at the Glasgow School of Art from 1884 to 1896. The jardiniere is worked on all four sides, two with a sailing galleon ship and two with a flock of birds in a classic pattern from the school. Signed on one side, lower right panel.
