Liberty & Co. mirror, London circa 1907. A hammered copper mirror made for Liberty & Co. to retail, typical with large set Ruskin pottery stones and riveted corners. Each corner with a deep greenish blue Ruskin pottery rondel, the body of hammered copper set on a large wood backing. The mirror has been professionally replaced with a custom made bevelled replacement, the original comes with the purchase. When replaced, original newspapers from 1907 were found, scans where taken to keep with the mirror. This has wiring to hang in either direction. Excellent condition, bought from Toomey’s in 2011.
