Heintz Art Metal frame, Buffalo NY circa 1907. This large frame is from an experimental line of Heintz frames which were documented in the Photographic Times magazine. The border is reticulated copper and the entire underside is lined with the original leather. The photo sits on top of the leather in the center area, under glass. The wood backing is secured with small nails along the edging (we have removed the nails which can be secured once an image is placed). Measures 12.5” tall and 10” wide, opening is 9.75” by 7.5”. $650
