Arts & Crafts Movement hammered copper hanging porch lantern circa 1905. Sensational design & workmanship in this large copper lantern, very reminiscent of Minneapolis Handicraft Guild or Forest Craft Guild work. Entire body is one solid piece of copper folded in fours and riveted up one seam. Lantern measures 9.5” tall and 8” square at overhanging cap, with chain and cap measures a total of 26” long. Lantern has been rewired with a plug for use as a desk lamp or could be hung and wired into a wall. SOLD
